| How do you handle backorders?

| If an item is not available at the time of purchase all other items will be shipped. Within the package will be a backorder card that when signed and returned to Lyon Healy West will give permission to charge your account for the backordered item(s) as well as additional shipping charges if applicable. |

| All returns must have prior authorization. Email musicsales@lyonhealy.com. Music, books and harp strings are not returnable unless defective.
